The ESL resources hub for European school teachers, CEFR-aligned, ready to use, fun for students.
Whether you’re here for a single resource or looking for a long-term reference, you’ll find materials built with care, shaped by real classroom experience, and informed by the latest in language pedagogy.
an ESL teacher, English-to-French translator, and published instructional designer, bringing all three perspectives to every resource I create.

My relationship with language started through translation. Working as an English-to-French translator, including three published children’s books with Miscellane, taught me how language actually works: not just grammar rules, but meaning, context, and the way different minds process the same words differently.
That understanding shaped how I approach teaching. I currently teach English at a professional training center, working with adult learners on everything from general English to business and accounting English. Seeing what learners genuinely struggle with and what actually moves them forward, directly informs every resource I design.
When Rue des Écoles commissioned me to create two sets of educational flashcards, it confirmed what I already believed: that good instructional design is not about covering content, it’s about making it stick.
English by Corgi grew out of all of this: a place where teaching experience, linguistic expertise, and rigorous design come together in materials you can trust and use immediately.

My ESL resources are created by someone who is also a translator and a published instructional designer, which means I think about language from multiple angles, not just the classroom.
Every resource I publish is CEFR-aligned, pedagogically grounded, and designed to be immediately usable, whether you’re a teacher, a parent, or an independent learner.
I invest continuously in my own professional development, following the latest research in language pedagogy and regularly attending training with organisations such as Cambridge and Canopé. That ongoing learning feeds directly into what I create.
I also publish resources on Boom Cards and Kahoot, platforms that make practice interactive and genuinely enjoyable for students. Feel free to explore those collections.
When you use a resource from English by Corgi, you can be confident it has been designed with the same rigour expected in professional publishing: clear objectives, appropriate level, and genuine learning value.
